Synth Single Review: “Astral Dreams” by Atmolifter
by Karl Magi
Atmolifter’s “Astral Dreams” spills out in an oneiric tangle of interlocking melodic tones and bass that spreads in waves across openness, evoking an endlessly floating journey through the galaxy. In a cosmic wash, a feeling of weightlessness pours out from delicate traceries of starry light as the long flow below slips freely.
Floating with tranquility, a melodic line wraps me up in unending motion, carrying me out above a pool of shadow, percussion adding shape. As the melody captures relaxation and serenity, a journey through the stars unfolds, full of nebulae shining in a radiant tracery of luminosity as a spacecraft drifts past.
Through the delicate melody, peace beyond measure grows, guided by a supporting rhythm. Like solar winds drifting across the immense spaces of the universe, elevated tones intermingle with a breezy sweep. Feelings of utter ease permeate my mind as the track slowly lifts away from the mundane and voyages beyond earthly limits and out into the solar system.
