Synth Single Review:“Mesmerise” by ＭＩＤＮＩＧＨＴ ＨＩ－ＦＩ

ＭＩＤＮＩＧＨＴ ＨＩ－ＦＩ’s “Mesmerise” floats with weightless grace as a flutter of gem-like notes ads and effervescent quality as they join rapidly pulsing tones which create a mesmerizing feeling indeed has the rhythms snap in. My mind travels to ethereal realms in the company of this music.

Bells conjure up an image of thousands of crystalline fragments falling as a melody paints a picture of endlessly drifting across a cloudy pink landscape as broader sounds contribute vibrant life. A note pattern laps in effulgent waves, bells evoke ancient serenity and an unending foundational pulsation shifts.

A melody that transmits thoughtful peace glides and twinkling tones evoke sparks of radiance in pastel billows. A widely flowing synthesizer carries exuberant vibrancy before luscious sounds flow like a sapphire dream and solid underpinnings create motion. Swirling, intermingling sounds create layers of calming interaction before the bassline carries the track to an end.

Synth Single Review: “Cruising Speed” by Vector Hold

Vector Hold’s “Cruising Speed” grooves into being with a funky guitar figure, wordless whispering and an utterly silken rhythm supported by electric bass that sits in the pocket. a slight hint of static moves with breaths of wind as bursting synthesizer casts a muted glow over the laid-back atmosphere.

The disco beat creates an easy-going groove as the distant, rustling notes hover and ultra-cool guitar cruises with chilled out smoothness. All the sonic elements form a velvety soundscape, transporting me to realms of relaxed contemplation. As the surfing low end locks in, drums keep pattering gently as the entire track moves like a feather in the wind.

The guitar and the chunky base form an irresistible pattern as the trickling tones in the distance drift like clouds in a sunset sky. Softly exhaling notes glide and the track paints images of boundless horizons before the music closes.

Synth Single Review: “Repulsion” by Wellside & Prophylaxis

Wellside & Prophylaxis’ “Repulsion” glows faintly as a steadying rhythm supports a fluting melody which radiates pure peace, notes around it exuding a burnished brightness as they exhale and tiny sonic pinpoints gleam delicately before full-sounding notes dance in a melody combining positive energy and nostalgic memory.

A breathy synth transmits feelings of warmth and happiness, shimmering and full of intricate tones, as the gentling rhythm fades. extended notes slide with a faint static tremble while the echoing background is full of a synth that carries rushing softness. Complexity joins calm to embellish the track in a swelling field of peace.

As the flickering tones call up cosmically gliding imagery, a strong beat forms a shaping influence. My mind is filled with encouragement and relaxation as the melody pours out luminosity and the track comes to an end on deep bass vibrating into silence.

Synth Single Review: “Ghost Cue” by Ferus Melek

Ferus Melek’s “Ghost Cue” begins with slowly trembling notes that drift in a line with a ghostly glide as a rhythm transmitted on clean drums swings smoothly, mingling to form a pattern with a hypnotic flow as it comes together. The background climbs with diffuse lustre, like sun seen through mist, as continually rising and falling notes slip past.

All the musical layers work to paint a memory of past feeling, captured in contemplation. A charming mixture of gentleness and wistfulness permeates the melody as it moves on softly sliding synth and fills me with a hankering for times gone by before the track climbs into gliding melancholy.

Like a blazing comet, tones explode with excited illumination, ramping the energy level up higher. Once again, notes move in a slowly revolving line as bells ring with a soft radiance of feeling as the swinging drum beat fades away.
