C Z A R I N A + MAJESTIC PHOENIX - HOLY WATER (MAJESTIC REMIX)

The Crusade has entered the machine.

Galicia, Spain-based American modern darkwave and gothic post-metal artist C Z A R I N A’ s “Holy Water” enters a darker realm with an industrial reimagining by American cinematic electronic duo Majestic Phoenix (Aaron McLean and Von Hertzog of VHxRR). What was once a gothic crusade in the name of the Divine Feminine now becomes a ritual of machinery and electronics, as pounding saw arpeggios, distorted guitars, and a harsher sonic edge magnify the song’s themes of divine reckoning.

Still steeped in medieval mysticism, the remix tears away the veil of sanctity to expose the darker forces beneath faith, power, and devotion. Gregorian echoes and C Z A R I N A’s celestial presence collide with the cold industrial soundscapes, turning “Holy Water” into something less like a prayer and more like a consecrated act of rebellion.

“Holy Water (Majestic Remix)” is accompanied by a remix music video based on the original which was inspired by Arthurian and Medieval-themed vintage films like Excalibur and LadyHawke.
